About Weekend Executive Program on Hospital Management

The development in private hospitals are taking place at fast pace and the number of hospitals is increasing day by day. The fierce competition in market, increasing cost and developments in technology calls for professional’s management for survival in the market. This also requires continuing education of the staff in to develop managerial skills in planning and organization of various activities they are involved with.

IIHMR Delhi has been looking for diversification of its academic activities. IIHMR Delhi has the required infrastructure, faculty and staff to conduct the program. Eminent resource persons from industry will also be invited as guest faculty. Who is it for?

Any Graduate working in Medical, Nursing, Paramedical, Executive position with a minimum of two years’ experience in private, non-government or government hospital.
Non- Graduate Individuals with more than 10 years’ experience holding administrative posts in hospitals.

Objectives:

To provide hospital management program as weekend course, for developing requisite managerial and business skills in hospital management.
To give opportunity to the working individuals who seek higher education while working to further their career in hospital management healthcare.

By completing this executive program, the individual will develop the ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of hospital managers and gain the requisite skills for completing their assignment successfully. This course will orient them towards corporate culture, situational analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making in various domains of hospital management.
