A Medical graduate & Post – Graduate (MBA) in Hospital Management from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi and Ph.D. in Hospital Management/ Management from MATS University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh & one-year Advance Diploma in Computer Software from IICE, New Delhi. More than 12 years of Industry experience in the field of Hospital Administration / Management, Hospital Functioning, Medical administration, clinical and non-clinical operations, strategic planning and implementation, Purchase, Supply chain Management, Finance, Business Development, Cost Rationalization, P&L management, and Revenue, Consultant/Doctors Engagement, Accounting, Internal Quality Management & Audit, Inventory Management, Legal aspects, MRD, Medical Equipment, and Drugs- Budgeting and Planning, Manpower Planning, HMIS system, MIS, Quality Accreditation- JCI, NABH & NABL accreditation, Patient Safety, Risk Management, formulation of policy & SOPs. 

Worked for the Apollo Hospitals Group for four years. Worked as Asst. Medical Superintendent in a Hospital / Institute for more than eight years with a total bed capacity of 1400 Beds. a tertiary care multi-specialty hospital and Regional Cancer Institute attached with PT. Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Besides this have attended various National & International conferences, seminars, training programs and workshops and have presented various papers in the National & International Conferences / seminars. Have written various papers in National and International Journals of repute. 

Have been Awarded under GOLD and SILVER category by Skoch Foundation at the 47th Skoch Summit, held at Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg, New Delhi. Awarded by Honorable Health Minister of State of Chhattisgarh, Mr. T.S. Singdeoji & Chairman Chhattisgarh Women’s Commission Ms. Kiran Mai nayak for exemplary work in the Medical College Hospital in fighting the COVID pandemic on 23rd Dec 2021 held at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
