Dr. Shweta Sagar is an Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Faculty of Social Science Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Masters in HRM and bachelor’s in social work from Jamia Millia Islamia and a recipient of UGC NET-JRF and SRF scholarship for pursuing her doctorate.

She has over 5 years of experience in teaching diverse management and HR/OB, training and development, organization change & development specialization courses.  Prior joining she was associated with Amity University, IMS Noida, Indore Institute of Management and Research, Indore, Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies and Meerabai Institute of Technology, New Delhi. Dr. Sagar thrives great interest towards research and have published various papers in peer reviewed and UGC Care Journals and book chapters. She has also attended multiple national and international conference and is a receiver of "Best Paper" award in one of the conferences. Her area of interest includes training and development, organization behavior, talent acquisition and retaining, performance appraisal, people management and allied subjects.
